The management team
Petra was founded in 2023 by Dominique OZANNE (Chairman), Gaël LE LAY (co-CEO) and Elsa TOBELEM (co-CEO)

The management team has extensive experience having closed over 100 transactions in the hospitality sector in Europe for a total value of €14 bn
The team has deep asset management experience (more than 600 hotels under management over the last ten years) for a wide range of investors including private and institutional investors

Petra will target hotel properties (real estate and business) and will be operated alongside Hova Hospitality, a leased hotel vehicle which began operation in 2021 and has grown to an AUM of €1.4 bn
